B. Enroll in continuing education courses. Several Christian colleges have added graduate programs designed for ministers on the field. Usually these programs meet for two-week periods two or three times a year at various places around the country. A Master of Ministry degree (MM) can be earned in about three years. There are correspondence programs available. If you are located near a graduate school, you may be able to take one course a semester or ever other semester.
C. Buy Cyril Barber’s The Minster’s Library and the supplements that come out every two years. Important books are listed and briefly described from a relatively conservative perspective.
