1 Chronicles Chapter 8
1 BENJAMIN was father of Bela his firstborn, Ashbel second, Aharah third, 2 Nohah fourth, and Rapha fifth.
3 Bela was father of Addar, Gera, Abihud, 4 Abishua, Naaman, Ahoah, 5 Gera, Shephuphan, and Huram.
6 These are the sons of Ehud, heads of families among the people in Geba. They were exiled to Manahath: 7 Naaman, Ahijah, and Gera, father of Uzza and Ahihud.
8 Shaharaim was the father of children in Moab after he’d sent away his wives Hushim and Baara. 9 By his wife Hodesh he became father of Jobab, Zibia, Mesha, Malcam, 10 Jeuz, Sachia, Mirmah, sons and heads of families. 11By Hushim he’d become father of Abitub and Elpaal. 1 Ch 8:1-11
12 The sons of Elpaal were Eber, Misham, Shemed—who built Ono and Lod with their villages— 13 Beriah and Shema (heads of families among the people in Aijalon, who routed the people in Gath); 14 Ahio, Shashak, and Jeremoth.
15 Zebadiah, Arad, Eder, 16Michael, Ishpah, and Joha were sons of Beriah.
17 Zebadiah, Meshullam, Hizki, Heber, 18Ishmerai, Izliah, and Jobab were sons of Elpaal.
19Jakim, Zichri, Zabdi, 20 Elienai, Zillethai, Eliel, 21 Adaiah, Beraiah, and Shimrath were sons of Shimei.
22 Ishpan, Eber, Eliel, 23 Abdon, Zichri, Hanan, 24 Hananiah, Elam, Anthothijah, 25 Iphdeiah, and Penuel were the sons of Shashak.
26Shamsherai, Shehariah, Athaliah, 27 Jaareshiah, Elijah, and Zichri were sons of Jeroham.
28 These were heads of families in their generations, chief men that lived in Jerusalem. 1 Ch 8:12-28
29 Jeiel father of Gibeon lived in Gibeon; his wife was Maacah. 30 His firstborn son was Abdon, then Zur, Kish, Baal, Nadab, 31 Gedor, Ahio, Zecher, and 32 Mikloth father of Shimeah/Shimeam. These families lived near each other in Jerusalem. 33 Ner was father of Kish father of Saul father of Jonathan, Malchi-shua, Abinadab, and Eshbaal.
34 The son of Jonathan was Merib-baal father of 35 Micah father of Pithon, Melech, Tarea, and Ahaz. 36 Ahaz was father of Jehoaddah father of Alemeth, Azmaveth, and Zimri; Zimri was father of 37 Moza father of Binea father of Raphah father of Eleasah father of Azel. 38 Azel had six sons: Azrikam, Bocheru, Ishmael, Sheariah, Obadiah, and Hanan. 39 Azel’s brother Eshek was father of Ulam his firstborn, Jeush second, and Eliphelet third. 40 The sons of Ulam were brave soldiers, archers, and had many sons and grandsons—150 of them.
